Instant Sheds provides shed installation and related services within Sydney, including the installation of various shed types, foundations, anchoring, and waterproofing. Our services are performed by a team of trained professionals, ensuring high-quality installations.

• Requesting a Quote: To request a quote, please provide accurate details regarding your project, including shed size, location, and any special requirements.
• Quotes and Estimates: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on factors such as site accessibility, unforeseen conditions, or additional work requested.
• Booking Confirmation: Once a booking is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit may be required. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other mutually agreed methods.
• Due Dates: The full balance is due upon completion of the installation. Any outstanding invoices may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month.
• Deposit: A deposit of 10-30% of the total project cost is required before work begins, depending on the scope of the project.

• Access to the Site: You are responsible for providing clear access to the installation site. Ensure the area is free from obstacles, debris, or any other hazards that may delay the project.
• Approval for Installation: The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, permits, or approvals required for the installation.
• Availability: While our team will work efficiently, we kindly request the customer be available on the installation day to discuss any last-minute details or adjustments.

• Concrete and Timber Foundations: If the site requires a foundation, Instant Sheds provides both concrete and timber foundation options. Any modifications to the standard installation process may result in additional charges.
• Unforeseen Site Issues: If unforeseen conditions affect the installation, such as poor soil, slope, or weather conditions, additional charges may apply. We will notify the customer in advance of any changes to the scope of work.

• Workmanship Warranty: We offer a 2-year warranty on all shed installations, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This includes:
  • Door alignment
  • Waterproofing
  • Anchoring integrity
  • Rust and corrosion prevention
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or external factors such as extreme weather.

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A cancellation fee may apply if less than 48 hours’ notice is provided.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your installation, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

• Instant Sheds is not responsible for any damage to the site or property during the installation process unless caused by our negligence.
• We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by external factors, such as inclement weather, material shortages, or other unforeseeable events.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you provide. Any personal details collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of completing your project or as required by law. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Instant Sheds reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
